Our in-house maintenance staff also operates 24/7 in the event of emergencies and is capable of handling most repairs at a cost that is far lower than standard contractor rates. We also actively assist clients in obtaining lower-cost insurance policies that are tailored for landlords and owners of rental properties. 

DynaMax manages many single- and multi-family homes from Auburn to Syracuse to Cazenovia and we aggressively market our rental listings through the MLS and over 80+ other websites to ensure that we maximize the rental potential of our clients’ rental properties. Additionally, each of our licensed real estate agents have direct experience in working with investors, buying and selling investment properties, and in property management - making them critically attuned to the needs of real estate investors who are seeking to purchase properties.

We also specialize in buying, renovating and managing properties acquired though foreclosures (including HUD), short sales, and the Greater Syracuse Land Bank program (we were the first real estate company approved to purchase through this new program).

DynaMax is also a registered HUD broker and our team also has experience in the local college student housing market.
