Property Maintenance and Care
Our in-house maintenance staff is on duty to provide 24/7 emergency service and to perform all minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, clean-outs, and other maintenance services at very reasonable rates.
Marketing and Rental Property Showings
Rentals are marketed on the MLS and syndicated to 80+ online property rental websites, including Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia.
Coordination of Inspections
All insurance, appraisal, Section 8, and code enforcement inspections are scheduled and coordinated by DynaMax Realty.
Mediation of Tenant Disputes & Compliance
In-house legal counsel works with retained attorneys when necessary; DynaMax Realty expedites non-payment & holdover proceedings and negotiates directly with local government agencies to resolve outstanding violations and fines.
Tenant Rent Statements
Tenants have online access to their account with the ability to pay rent by credit card or e-check and to submit online maintenance requests.
Tenant Screening
DynaMax Realty accepts online rental applications, processes credit, criminal, and eviction background checks, verifies income and employment, and checks landlord references.
Competitive Fees
Competitive property management fees based on rent collection - your monthly management fee is based only on the rents we collect. Leasing fees for placing new tenants into occupancy are equal to just 75% of the first month's rent (for property management clients only).
