Coordination of Inspections
All insurance, appraisal, Section 8 and code enforcement inspections are scheduled and coordinated by DynaMax
Mediation of Tenant Disputes & Compliance
In-house legal counsel works with retained attorneys, when necessary; DynaMax expedites non-payment & holdover proceedings and negotiates directly with local government agencies to resolve outstanding violations and fines
Tenant Rent Statements
Tenants have online access to their account with the ability to pay rent by credit card or e-check and to submit online maintenance requests
Tenant Screening
DynaMax accepts online rental applications, processes credit, criminal & eviction background checks, verifies income & employment, and checks landlord references
Competitive Fees
Property management fees range from 10-12% of gross collected rent. Leasing fees equal 50% of the first month's rent for property management clients only
